Job Description
- Provide first aid treatments and proper medication to employees as needed
- Monitor and assess the health status of employees
- Conduct health and safety training for new hires and refreshers for existing employees
- Coordinate with HR for health-related programs and activities
- Prepare accident reports and necessary medical reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of health services
- Assess the need for, and manage, health screening programs
- Develop strategies and programs that promote workplace health and safety
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse .
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
