What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain salary structures, pay grades and job classifications for exempt and non‑exempt roles in Canada and the US
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, market adjustments and incentive plan administration
- Support compensation planning activities, including survey participation, data analysis, policy reviews, and program updates
