As a Compensation and Benefits Officer , you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of the organization's total rewards programs, covering compensation, benefits and HR information systems.

- Participate in the annual salary and benefits review, conducting benchmarking and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Assist the Department Head in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit reports required by internal stakeholders, government agencies, and regional or head offices.
