Responsibilities

• Review and update Compensation & Benefits
  (C&B) policies, including conducting cost-benefit analyses to improve
  structure and processes.


• Design, develop, and implement C&B programmes,
  ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across the
  organisation.


• Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Shared
  Services, and Group-level teams to ensure consistent rollout and
  governance of C&B initiatives.


• Oversee payroll governance by coordinating with the
  Business Solutions Centre for monthly payroll validation, while ensuring
  alignment with external payroll vendors.


• Lead the review, update, and communication of HR
  policies (including the Employee Handbook) on a bi-annual basis where
  applicable.
