Your Role
In the new role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist, youll be responsible for developing and professionalizing our total rewards strategy. In this mid-senior level role, you'll lead foundational initiatives like job architecture, salary benchmarking, and compliant reward policies - supporting transparency, equity, and competitiveness across all functions and countries. Your work will not only drive internal consistency and compliance but also play a key role in reinforcing Hunkemöllers employer brand by aligning our compensation philosophy with what todays talent values. Youll partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to align rewards with our strategic goals and prepare Hunkemöller for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive.
