Position: Compensation Manager

Salary: $120,000–$140,000

Bonus: Up to 17%

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, the Compensation Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operations and delivery of the organization’s compensation programs. This role leads a team of specialists and ensures all compensation activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position partners closely with HR and business leaders to support fair, transparent, and competitive compensation practices aligned with organizational goals.
