We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, supporting the design and delivery of competitive, equitable, and transparent compensation programs at Viridien. This role will primarily support the NALA region (North America and Latin America), while also contributing to global compensation initiatives and transformation projects.
