Our client’s practice covers a wide range of Competition and Antitrust issues, with a focus on:
Behavioural investigations and proceedings – cartels, abuse of dominance etc.
Private Enforcement/Follow-on damages claims
State Aid/Public Procurement
FDI processes
Competition/Regulatory compliance issues
They act for multinationals across a broad range of sectors, with an emphasis on highly regulated and innovative sectors, including: Telecoms, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Energy, and Transport.
