Our Bistro offers good homemade, wholesome food along with lighter lunch items such as soups, sandwiches, paninis and wraps, and delicious home bakes and scones.

Responsibilities

• Compile food orders and develop new food concepts, including daily and weekly specials.
• Ensure compliance with statutory Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures.
• Work kitchen hours from 8am to 4pm, covering 72 hours per fortnight, 9 days out of 14, with duties on every second Saturday and Sunday; flexibility required for covering staff holidays.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Passion for baking and cooking homemade food.
• Attention to detail in food presentation and taste.
