Join Alcedo Care as a Complex Care Assistant supporting one client in BB5. 
Excellent rates of pay: £14.75‑£15.75 per hour plus pension and holiday pay, equating to £17.03‑£18.18 per hour. Guaranteed income with full‑time minimum contracted hours (24 or 36 hrs). Free DBS check. 
About The Role We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated 2:1 support for a client in their own home. The role involves caring for an individual with a tracheostomy, ventilator support requirements, and a spinal condition including autonomic dysreflexia (AD). The role requires confidence in delivering high‑quality respiratory and clinical care, while building a consistent, trusting relationship with the client and their family. You will be fully supported by our in‑house Registered Nurses and specialist training team, with client‑specific training and competency sign‑off provided.
