What’s on offer:


  • £50,000-£55,000.

  • 40p per mile reimbursement.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational oversight for complex homecare clients.

  • Completing comprehensive clinical assessments for high-acuity needs

  • Leading recruitment and coordinating staffing across complex care packages.

  • Conducting staff competency assessments and clinical supervision.

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.

  • Acting as first point of contact for clients, families and internal teams.
