Prospero Teaching are recruiting on behalf of a specialist secondary school in Gorton supporting pupils aged 11 – 18 with complex needs, including autism, medical conditions, and learning disabilities. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be part of a skilled and compassionate team that makes school a safe, structured and inspiring place for every learner. 

Your Day-to-Day 
Provide 1:1 and group support across a range of subjects and settings 

Help pupils with personal care, sensory regulation and communication needs 

Use visual aids, routines and consistent boundaries to support learning
