Responsibilities
- Support pupils with complex additional needs including ASD, PMLD or EHCP‑linked needs.
- Help pupils access learning and daily routines.
- Work closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff.
- Provide consistent, patient and reliable support.
Qualifications
- Experience in SEN, care, support work, school or youth work.
- Comfortable with practical support and communication.
- Strong communication, patience, resilience and the ability to remain calm and consistent.
