Traditional consulting firms still hire armies of analysts to produce policies, questionnaires, and evidence collection at 11 pm. We don’t. But what actually matters to a client is the judgment, quality, and expertise we layer on top — and that’s what we hire you for, from day one.

As a Compliance Engineer, you’ll learn the craft of modern GRC using our AI skills to move fast, then applying your own judgment to QA and refine every output before it reaches a client, working hands-on inside Vanta, Drata, and Thoropass to help our clients achieve SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other certifications. This level spans a real growth arc: you’ll start with guidance from a Senior Compliance Engineer or Engagement Manager, and grow into running your own portfolio of 5–6 clients independently.
