The SHEQ Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) management systems across the waste processing site, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation, permits, and local authority standards. 
Your core responsibilities.
Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of site health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) systems in line with statutory and corporate requirements 
 Ensure comprehensive risk assessments and safe systems of work across waste processing and AD operations ( confined spaces, COSHH, biological agents, pressure systems) 
 Manage incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement
