Engaging with the wider business and providing support on complex Compliance topics
Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
Training employees on applicable regulations
Investigating irregularities and non-compliance issues
Contributing to robust and effective Compliance controls within the organisation
Reviewing marketing materials (including financial promotions) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Leading on administration of our relationship with regulators
Leading on general administrative duties (such as policy writing and process monitoring)
Collaborating with other departments to create a culture of Compliance
Providing Compliance support to our international businesses
