Compliance Manager

**Location**: Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City(Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)**Role Overview**:This role leadsthe Compliance team in Mexico andoversees a high volume of Due Diligence, KYC,and AML activities.The Compliance Manager is responsible for riskassessment, escalations, decision-making on complex cases, and ensuringcompliance processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with regulatoryrequirements and business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**: Manage and coach a team of ~5 Compliance professionals.Oversee high-volume Due Diligence and KYC reviews, including Enhanced Due Diligence.Act as owner for escalations and compliance risk decisions.Review financial information and client documentation.Ensure adherence to AML regulations and internal compliance policies.Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes and reporting.Lead ongoing team training and promote a strong compliance culture.Communicate findings and risks to management.
