Compliance Officer

Job Description:

Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance across SEDEMAC's manufacturing operations. The role will drive compliance governance, monitor legal obligations, coordinate audits and inspections, manage regulatory filings, and work with functional teams, under the guidance of leadership team to ensure adherence to applicable Indian laws and industry standards.

Major Responsibilities:

Monitor, track and ensure closure of statutory and regulatory compliance requirements across facilities. Interpret and implement requirements arising from Central, State, and local regulations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities during audits, inspections and compliance reviews Maintain compliance calendars, statutory registers, licenses, permits, and documentation.
