The Role Our client is a leading REIT management company with a diversified portfolio of commercial, industrial, retail, and logistics assets. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support our regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Singapore Exchange (SGX), and other relevant regulatory bodies. Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and testing programmes.
