The role is based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with a hybrid working model of 3 days on‑site and 2 days working from home per week.
We are now looking for a Compliance Officer who will work closely with our General Counsel and key business units to ensure our operations meet legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across all regions.

- Develop, implement, and maintain a global compliance framework aligned with Swiss, EU, UK, and APAC regulations applicable to distribution, cybersecurity, export controls, and trade sanctions.
