The primary purpose of this position is to develop software needed to process test engineering and management information data. Responsibilities Analyzes computer requirements and prepares specifications and designs. Formulates, develops and implements new computer software methods and techniques. Participates as a team member on large projects. Directs work efforts and controls quality by reviewing results of test cases and using standard software engineering practices.
