Responsibilities
- Communicate with Transport for airport timings to ensure VIP visitors are accompanied upon arrival to the hotel auto.
- Attend to the unique requests made by VIP visitors either prior to, during, or after their stay.
- Aid the Visitor Providers Executives in their responsibilities, when called for.
- Lead by example by demonstrating the Heart of Jumeirah and leading principles in their role continually.
- Update all information provided by visitors into the Front Office PMS System promptly and ensure all required information has been provided.
- Be reliable in assisting visitors throughout their stay with any type of requests.
