Responsibilities

• Shift supervision across the concierge desk area
• Facilitate guest arrivals, departures and in‑hotel service
• Share local knowledge, promote loyalty and upsell hotel facilities
• Lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction
• Liaise with all departments to ensure required follow‑up is completed

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, early mornings and late nights, on a 7‑day/ week roster
