What you will deliver:
Greet tenants and visitors

Respond to tenant and visitor requests in a timely manner

Provide direction and information to tenants and visitors at the Tower lobby regarding services within The Eaton Centre and the Office Towers.

Ensure concierge desk is equipped with the necessary brochures, stationery and supplies to effectively service tenants and visitors

Deliver memos, tickets and other correspondence to tenants

Assist Marketing department in the execution of promotions and special events

Ensure the office tower lobby is clean by contract housekeeping
