The role

In this role, you will create memorable and personalised experiences for guests visiting Wertheim Village. You will act as an ambassador for our hospitality offering, proactively engaging with guests, supporting a wide range of concierge services, and collaborating with internal teams and brand partners to ensure exceptional service standards.
