Concrete Foreman

Overview

Maple Reinders is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee day-to-day concrete operations for projects in Bradford , Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of concrete work while meeting project schedules, productivity targets, and safety standards. The Foreman is hands-on, leads by example, and is accountable for both individual and crew performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operations
• Plan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencing
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards
