Key Responsibilities:
Concur Administration : Support with level 2 and 3 support of Concur related inquiries, helping users with issue resolution, be the first point of contact from a Global Shared Services stand-point. Credit Card administration : Be the main point of contact with relation to credit card administration for Travel and Entertainment credit cards as well as Purchasing cards. Continuous improvements in T&E : Be an agent of change for the Travel and Entertainment team and Concur platform.
