Condominium Operations & Resident Experience Manager

CBRE Singapore is seeking a Condominium Manager to support the Asset Manager in coordinating all aspects of a portfolio and operating buildings on behalf of a client.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant residential/condominium/strata management experience, strong communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills. You will conduct inspections, handle resident inquiries, prepare meetings, and respond to emergencies.
