Configuration Consultant Overview

A Configuration Consultant is a specialist who translates agreed business and solution designs into a correctly configured, scalable, and supportable system. The role bridges Solution Consulting (the what and why) and Technical Consulting (the how), owning the hands‑on configuration that turns customer requirements into working outcomes. They are accountable for ensuring the platform is configured accurately and consistently with the Design Brief and SOW, while anticipating downstream impacts to integrations, security, reporting, and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end configuration activities across modules in line with the approved Design Brief and SOW, acting as single point of accountability for configuration quality and completeness.
