We are seeking a Configuration & Technical Setup Specialist to join our dedicated Configuration Team. 
This role is crucial for delivering a flawless initial experience for our members by managing the technical groundwork and ensuring smooth system activation. 
Key Responsibilities Platform Configuration Execution: Perform hands‑on configuration of the platform according to documented specifications and member requirements. 
You will ensure all settings, permissions, and features are correctly implemented for launch. 
Onboarding (Launch) Operations for Our Members: Own the critical operational steps for bringing new members live, including managing and executing necessary tasks like member file uploads and full onboarding setup within the system. 
UAT Support (User Acceptance Testing): Provide essential support during User Acceptance Testing phases.
