Scope
The Construction Administrator will be responsible for performing site observations during construction and to provide information as requested to contractors. This position will be expected to keep the engineer informed of project status and aware of potential problems or liability issues. In addition, the Construction Administrator will observe work through meetings and site visits to determine if progress and quality of workmanship are in accordance with the contract documents. This position will be a supporting role to our engineering teams that focus on various types of vertical building design. 
Principal Responsibilities
Review project, scope of work, and budget for contracted services
Meet with the Operations Manager, Project Managers and design engineers to review expectations and role to be fulfilled by Construction Administrator on project assigned
