RQ Construction is looking for a Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our Field Operations team supporting projects on a military base in the Jacksonville, Florida region.
The Assistant Superintendent works closely with the project Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. This role assists with coordinating subcontractors, managing on-site construction activities, monitoring schedules, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
