Construction Carpenter/ Supervisor

The Construction Carpenter / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing carpentry works on-site, ensuring all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. This role combines hands-on carpentry skills with supervisory responsibilities to manage workers, materials, and daily site operations. Key Responsibilities (KPB):
1. Site Supervision & Coordination Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry activities on construction sites Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Monitor project progress and report updates to management 2.
