Construction Control Representative

Summary About the Position: This is a Limited Area of Consideration for applicants that are Current Civilian Employees of the Command, USACE and the other employment authority categories listed above. This position is a Construction Control Representative, serving as a Contracting Officers Representative for the Operations and Maintenance Services Cost Contract, and other contracts as may be necessary, for the complete operations and maintenance of multi-purpose civil works project. Responsibilities Reviews contractor prepared shop drawings and submittals for sufficiency and contract compliance. The incumbent develops technical provisions, scopes of work, and/or plans and specifications, solicitations, quality assurance surveillance plans (QASP), sole source justifications, and Determinations and Findings.
