The Position

This key leadership role ensures full compliance with accounting standards, drives process efficiency, mitigates financial risks, and helps guide strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction setting and brings disciplined oversight to reporting, forecasting, and data integrity. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Direct and manage all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger functions. 

• Coordinate and lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts; regularly analyze results and report variances across multiple entities.
