Overview:
Our customer is seeking a talented Estimator to join their Belcamp, MD team. The Estimator will support federal construction projects by developing accurate cost estimates and proposals for task‑order and design‑build work, including projects built from narrative scopes without full design documents. This role manages proposal development end‑to‑end, leveraging tools such as InEight and Microsoft Project while collaborating with business development and project teams to meet government contracting requirements. The position requires prior DoD or federal construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform site visits in support of pricing and project planning.
