Construction General Superintendent

Introduction: We are hiring a skilled general superintendent who will have the responsibility of facilitating the construction of 30-50 million dollars annually of hard-bid municipal construction projects. This role will be directly overseeing jobsite superintendents and foreman, and indirectly managing project engineers and all craft personnel. The general superintendent will provide leadership, guidance and support to superintendents while overseeing job schedules, manpower requirements, and heavy equipment utilization.

Job Summary: Facilitate jobsite management by working with project managers, superintendents and foreman for on-site construction. Direct superintendents in planning, coordination and execution of work to be on time and within budget while maintaining a safe workplace and promoting client relationships.
