**Job Description**
This role focuses on general production work in a concrete manufacturing environment, where you help build concrete molds and forms used for catch basins and manholes. You will support multiple areas of production, including stencil and digging work, wet cast operations, and rebar preparation, to ensure high-quality concrete structures are ready for shipment to construction sites.
**Responsibilities**
+ Mark and stencil circular openings on tall concrete catch basins using provided measurements and tools.
+ Use an air chisel to cut and shape holes in concrete structures according to specified dimensions.
+ Work periodically on ladders approximately 4–6 feet tall to access and process higher sections of molds or structures.
+ Use a probe to move and distribute concrete through rebar within molds to ensure proper fill and structural integrity.
