Overview
Assist the Project Manager and Planning Engineer in preparing project schedules, reviewing work progress with section engineers, and updating look‑ahead plans to ensure project targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, material data sheets, and project documentation to identify design issues or discrepancies and recommend solutions to ensure efficient and compliant site execution.
- Define and organize project work fronts, prioritize on‑site activities, and direct construction teams to ensure cost‑effective and efficient execution of works.
- Establish, monitor, and adjust productivity rates and operational targets, communicate them to section engineers, and provide guidance to support project profitability.
