• Industry Relevant Tertiary Qualification Recognized certification / accreditation
• 10 years' experience

Responsibilities

• Taking projects from initiation to planning, executing, monitoring, control and closing
• Monitoring, controlling and ensuring compliance of all deliverables against quality/H&S, progress and budget requirements
• Assisting Project Manager with updating of monthly budgets and weekly cash flow and schedules
• Reviewing and assisting Project Manager with appointment of main contractors and subcontractors
• Ensuring development agreements are completed before project commencement
• Identifying any products, systems and/or contractors to Project Manager for inclusion or implement...
