Job Purpose:The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing coordinating and managing all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities on-site. This includes planning execution monitoring and handover of MEP systems to ensure the project is completed on time within budget and in compliance with design specifications safety standards and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & CoordinationPlan organize and manage MEP works across all project phases.
Coordinate with civil architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Review MEP design drawings IFC drawings shop drawings and specifications.
Participate in project scheduling and resource planning activities.
