We are seeking a Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to support EYA’s growing Multifamily business. This role represents the Owner/Developer throughout all phases of Multifamily construction projects, with responsibilities spanning preconstruction, contract administration, project oversight, cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination.
We are looking for an energetic and driven self-starter with strong experience specific to commercial Multifamily construction who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level.
