Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all construction activities related to the programme ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Lead and supervise the site supervision team and monitor contractor performance, progress and resource deployment.
- Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, utility providers and authorities to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate construction risks, resolve site issues and support timely decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress and support the successful testing, commissioning and handover of works.
Minimum Requirements
