Construction Manager

The Construction Manager – Structures Division, is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all substructure and superstructure construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with approved structural designs, specifications, and quality standards.

Must have full license and own vehicle, maybe based across multiple projects.

Hours will vary as per structure works and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all structural construction activities on site
• Review and interpret structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and design teams to resolve technical issues
• Manage structural subcontractors (concrete, formwork, rebar, steel erection, post-tensioning, etc.)
