6 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To manage asbestos and statutory compliance across the Authoritys property portfolio, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. The postholder will oversee asbestos management, statutory testing programmes, and associated remedial works, while supporting the delivery of planned maintenance and construction projects. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and corporate policies, safeguarding building occupants, staff, contractors, and the public.
