- Develop and maintain standardized coordination and monitoring processes across all active Litecrete sites.
- Oversee project tracking tools and schedules to ensure cost-efficient and timely completion.
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly site data into clear, high-level management summaries and performance reports.
- Proactively review site updates to identify potential delays or gaps in compliance, escalating concerns to the Construction Execution Lead.
- Act as the liaison between site engineers, procurement, sales, and management to ensure alignment across the board.
