Develop and maintain detailed, fully logic-linked construction schedules for refinery projects using Primavera P6. Establish and control baseline schedules, construction sequencing, and execution strategies aligned with project and refinery-specific requirements. Liaise with construction contractors to get their detailed L4 schedules, compare with own schedule and optimize as needed. Ensure that the construction schedules for the different contractors / trades (such as civil, structural, mechanical, piping, insulation, painting, electrical, instrumentation etc) are properly and logically linked. Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and construction work packages in coordination with construction and engineering teams.
