We are presently recruiting for a Project Manager to manage road maintenance contracts with Kerry and Cork County Councils. You will come with a background in Civil Engineering, road servicing or quantity surveying and will be required to manage all aspects of day to day operations, costs, crews and materials for each project. A full, clean driving licence along with the ability to drive to various locations is mandatory in County Cork and Kerry.
Responsibilities: 
Oversee day-to-day site operations

Manage site resources (labor, materials, equipment)

Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers

Ensure work aligns with project plans, specs, and schedules

Monitor progress and update senior management

Enforce health and safety protocols

Conduct site inspections and address safety concerns

Ensure quality standards are met and address issues
