Construction Project Manager (Owners Rep)

My client is a construction owners rep firm that operate across BC. They are expanding onto Vancouver Island and are looking to add an experienced Project Manager based in Victoria.

My client specializes in taking construction projects through their life cycle from design and permitting, all the way through to completion of construction. They work on a variety of projects both public and private that span across the residential, institutional and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main representative for the owner/client
• Managing the project from planning through completion
• Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Developing and monitoring project budgets
• Tracking schedules and project milestones
