Responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects within approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety requirements, while ensuring compliance with Singapore authorities and client expectations. Project Planning & Management

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall project execution from pre-construction to completion.
Developmaster project schedule and monitor progress.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and sub-contractor deployment.
Ensure project milestones are achieved according to contractual requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, authorities, and subcontractors.

Key Activities
Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare project work programme and recovery plans.
Conduct weekly project coordination meetings.
Track project progress against baseline schedule.
